I just had an amazing lunch. Cilantro, onion, lime, roasted jalapeño peppers... I think they call this hog heaven.

Jalepenos where a bit too crunchy compared to the rest of the sandwich.

My dad came home with some freshly made bread from his brother's. One of them was called "Mil Hojas" which literally means "Thousand Leaves" in Spanish. I cut a small piece from it and took a bite, but it broke off into a not-so-literally thousand pieces. Guess I know why it got it's name. The texture is also really flaky, so the name fits it to a fault.
