This carrot muffin is so moist that I am eating it with a spoon.

I have mixed feelings.

There is more to Japanese tea than sencha or mancha! Here is some green tea with roasted brown rice (玄米茶 , "genmaicha"). Usually preferred around fall and winter, but I was able to secure a shipment for cheap. Can be served like any other tea or even snacked on as is. :) Good if you like earthly flavours.

Genmaicha is pretty good :)

Have you tried hōjicha? It's a roasted kind of tea, which gives it a unique flavor. I'm not super fond of it myself, but now and then it's a nice change.

Hong: +9000, genmaicha is one of my favorite tea <3

Tested this recipe today: http://www.livelovepasta.com/2011/05/nutella-mug-cake/

It was good, it had the texture and the taste of an oven-baked cake :3

Recommendations: reduce the amount of sugar (especially when you have a genetic predisposition to diabetes), eat it while it's hot, be really hungry (that's a big cake, even for one serving)

About a week ago I was taken out to try burritos. Last time I had anything vaguely Mexican was like in elementary school. It was this place that was kind of like Subway, only with burritos.

I have since gone on burrito runs twice. ¬ ¬ The tofu burrito in particular... mm.
