Made some pickled carrots for banh mi, with slow-cooked pork. It's been a while since I packed my own lunch.

I haven't had the opportunity to look all that hard, but I've been told it's available at some major liquor stores. The selection also seems to be quite limited, but I have recently heard there is a Spec's near me that carries some of the better stuff.
