I just laughed myself into crying a little over some of the phrases getting thrown around here.

Although I'm lactose intolerant, just ate the nicest orange chocolate and cranberry cookie. Amazing .

Mostly coffee.

I have a student brew me a pot or two a day.

Mostly these days I eat coffee and student tears.

You know, I made a batch of sugar cookies last night, and this morning I have so far had two people compliment me on them not being very sweet. I'm not sure how to take that.

So what you're saying is... You made cookies?

Yes, and they are apparently delicious.

Me: I drink it black because I can't digest milk (in France most people drink coffee with sugar and milk). Besides I don't drink that much coffee.

For some reason I feel like cooking chili.

I made banana bread today with some friends.

I made instant noodles with rooster sauce, barbeque sauce, white onions, chicken breast, and a little lime juice.

It tastes like a semi-decent bowl of pho with shitty noodles. I'm pretty happy with it.
