I went to this Mexican place once with my fiance, and we were the only white people there besides this plastic Santa Clause, which was weird since it was like June. Anyway we got stared at quite a bit and I'm sure for like weeks afterward they laughed about the two gringos who showed up out of the blue like that.

And the food wasn't even that good!

Whenever I move out from Oklahoma, I will miss the fantastic, cheap, authentic tex-mex food that is just everywhere.

Oh, incidentally: Lavender ice cream was a huge success. The professor liked ir quite a bit, so I think we'll be getting a good grade for it. YAY.

In other news, my eating habits have changed DRASTICALLY since I posted this topic. I eat even less in one sitting, but now I can eat many times a day like normal people. :D This is very good for exercise since now I have more energy! Unfortunately I still have stomach problems with a lot of food.

Oh yeah! ^_^ Good luck with your goal, Maxine. Remember not to starve yourself, but just make healthy choices. If you drink a bunch of soda, that's usually the best source of empty calories to drop.
