My way of thinking about the cocktail sause. You said the serving was about 2oz?
I like the cocktail sauce but seriously -
That would be enough to serve my entire family if we were having a dinner of shrimp (boiled is the best, btw). So, I would round down and say that it puts it in the realm of maybe 30 or so calories?
^_^ I dip my food - not drown it.
French fries vs ketchup is another story (BRING ON THE KETCHUP) but... I think we've established that that's all kinds of messed up without even adding the ketchup to the picture.
But back to the subject: I'd say a dinner of shrimp and a little cocktail sauce is sounding FAR better than say a meatloaf or chicken dinner, no matter how you add it up.

Uh, hi guys.
Shrimp, and a lot of other seafood, has a ton of cholesterol. Therefore, it's best eaten in moderation, like just about everything else.
In terms of metal - the main concern is, as you may have heard, . It's more common in Eastern countries only because there is more fish in the diet there.
You don't really have to worry unless you're pregnant--just don't live on the stuff. If you're downing pounds and pounds of tuna on a weekly basis then I might be more concerned.
