Eggs are a better breakfast. I'd be concerned about the sausage, maybe you can switch to a turkey sausage? Pork is just fucking terrible for you. Even beef is better than pork!

I really need to get protein into my life. Aside from seafood, I just don't care for meat. I think what I'll do is just buy bulk nuts. I know I LOVE nuts, regardless of whether they have to be cracked or not. In fact I find that if I have to crack them first then it gives me something to do while I wait for things.

Candy is cool for me again. For many years it made me too sick to eat. The closest to candy would be sugary baked goods or chocolate. But now that I'm eating it again (it's so good! <3), I've been getting candy from people. My brother gave me a today. They're amazing.

x_x damn... I was doing so good. I had gone a whole week and a half without a midnight dish, but I screwed up today. We had mother's day lunch at an awkward hour that was still too early to call dinner - so I ended up getting hungry and did the stupid thing of fighting it and got too hungry by midnight so I caved in. I should have given in earlier. On top of that (and because of)... I ended up eating too much -_-; It was just left over veggie stew though, so I think I should be fine.

Scallops are good. Like all seafood, they are versatile. I find they are very juicy. I personally like the texture.
