I have been forcing myself to eat more than usual. I find it helps me get over illness quickly. My tea has been switched to lemon and white only for the time being. Lemon clears up the throat and white tea invigorates the body... even if it doesn't taste that great. :|

I don't really do strength training aside from my core muscles since they hold me together and all. Everything else is yoga and aerobics.

I made red curry today.

Better than when I made green curry. I'm still working out my recipe.

Tomorrow I'm going to make slow-cooker chicken. I will turn the broth and leftovers into delicious soup!

GIB ICECREAM

Lately we have bought a lot of different fish to try. Today a fish was prepared not knowing that it was already salted... which would explain how the last fish of the batch looked like it did around the same we bought it! It was very salty so emergency samon was cooked. It was still great. :D The salty fish was left in boiling water and is now being snacked on.
