I'm not such a fan of fish in general.

Catfish is good.

I mixed my ice cream in that delicious blendymelt it becomes. Suddenly it is more appetizing.

The smell of Tuna instantly makes me think of cat food.

Any "pink fish" like Tuna or Salmon is out of the question.

Mahi Mahi and Tilapia are both delicious; white, flakey, delicate flavor and not too "Fishy"

But fresh-caught catfish, battered in cornmeal and fried up, is still the best.
