Out of curiosity, who here is picky about sharing food or drinks? Personally, not at all. Unless they have like... chewed something up and spat it back out... I have no problems with it as long as they are clean and respectful. Heck I'd be willing to share something with a stranger. It really doesn't matter. I'm laissez-faire about it. I don't mind double-dipping, and I'll usually share straws or cups with friends and family.
Also, I will totally eat food after its fallen on the ground. My fiance is a total germophobe and is always like "EW" when I do that.
But I also will stick things in my mouth when my hands get full, and he's like "Do you know where that's been?!"
When I die from floor-germs he can say I told you so.

I will share food and drink with people, straws and half-eaten food and whatever, but rarely would I get something off the ground (doesn't help that my house has messy floors)
I used to be a TOTALl germophobe, though, and wouldn't eat something somebody else visibly breathed on. I guess those things aren't permanent.

Ewww, gross gross gross...
Just kidding.
I don't mind sharing food and drink, or eating something that fell on the floor. Well, depends on where exactly it fell of course...
Or when, like Elysienne said, it's been chewed on.
I tend to share food with my cat too, something my mother thinks is gross.
I get a lick of ice-cream, the cat gets a lick, me, the cat, undsofort, undsoweiter..
One time I put some butter on my bread, went to pick up the phone, came back to find the butter gone (and the cat licking her chompers)... what did I do? Put a fresh layer of butter on my bread... Mom went banana's when she saw that
The one thing I draw the line at with my cat is when she's drinking my warm milk with honey....
NOBODY TOUCHES MY WARM MILK AND HONEY without first dipping in a cookie...
Hehe, here's a late edit:

I'm so glad I'm not the only person who shares food with their cat!
One time I was sitting on the sofa eating a big cheeseburger. I looked away for a half-second, and when I looked back my cat had ninja'd herself across the back of the sofa and was leaning out getting a big bite of burger!
Whenever I'd get cereal, I'd always give her two droplets of milk (since milk is not good for cats, despite her love for it). Otherwise she'd try and drink out of the cereal. The "Okay, you get some milk right now as I'm pouring it but no more after that!" was our compromise after several ninja attempts at sneaking up on my cereal whenever I wasn't carefully watching it.
