In one of my "gee I'm really hungry but nothing I have at the house sounds good" moods. I made curry earlier this week so I'll probably just reheat some of that and make rice to go with it.

I assume it was a pollo poblano with a mole with chocolate? That makes the most sense, to be honest. Chocolate (usually bitter or dark) is pretty common in moles.
