Flat, thin, clearly designed to be rolled up and consumed.
North American pancakes:
Thick and stackable.

Ah, I see. I thought your pancakes were thin too. Thick ones you could indeed cut up in pieces without rolling them up.
That huge pile of strawberries/icecream is definitely nonstandard though. You'd usually have them with syrup or sugar&cinnamon (although jam or chocopaste are nice too).
