I have an obsession with using marinated beansprouts as a salty element in hot dishes, especially French cuisine. Made a tuna dish this morning and I always underestimate the contents within the can. @~@

You like the taste of miso? I've tried miso-flavored instant ramen, but didn't really like it (too cheesy for me).

It might be the fermentation thing that makes miso taste cheesy.
