Not that I've read it yet because I haven't but...

[spoiler]at the end of 6, Bern was being asked by Featherine to be the new narrator and Bern said that she was going to tell the story in her own way. Featherine answered she pretty much didn't give a shit about HOW the tell was told, as long as she got the answers to her remaining questions - which she did not divulge, but had something to do with the epitaph.

.......I almost dread ep 7 after reading about this because now I'm expecting a fucked up tale with just a SMIDGEN of truth and who other than Featherine will fucking know WHAT THE TRUTH REALLY IS?!

I mean, at least we know Maria isn't the culprit now...I have absolutely no idea what was actually revealed, although Rudolf says the reason he says he was going to die in past arcs was because Kyrie was Battler's mother. And...Hachijo is...um...Battler and Ange?

[spoiler]If I'm reading everything correctly, the mystery isn't explained and everything so far has been Battler's attempts at regaining his memory after he nearly drowned saving Shannon and was rescued by Hachijo. After Kyrie and Rudolf and Rosa were shooting each other.

...And that's the explanation for everything, apparently.

I hope there's a secret ending or something. This is pretty disappointing. I mean, yes, the games so far have been fiction. But to handwave them as irrelevant? Okay...[/spoiler]

[spoiler]So, is Lambda being a cake confirmed?

Because that's just ridiculous. I can see Battler looking at a cat and deciding to write it into a story. I mean, writing it in as the Witch of Miracles is a bit of a stretch but okay. But to look at a cake and go, "The Witch of Certainty!" Yeah, no. Who writes cake into their stories, anyway?

I wouldn't have a problem with the episode (as I know it) if it would just explain the mystery. Yes, I know Ryukishi didn't want to state everything that happened. That's perfectly okay. But to hardly address it? I hope he actually does and some answers are found in the game.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Well, after some thought, I've decided the Battler-author thing isn't all that bad. Like I said before, I really hope the mystery is covered. I know there's a line about Shkanon by Bern in red...sort of. "...The moment Shannon is murdered, Kanon goes eternally missing. ...Henceforth, Kanon is treated as dead. Kanon's master key is also treated as destroyed." So...yeah, it technically doesn't confirm anything.

I'm sure the episode isn't nearly as ridiculous as everyone else is making it out to be. But, again, I hope there's some closure on the mystery. I don't care if not everything is confirmed, but when the howdunnit so far is Will's vague Clairathon based on Yasu, when we know Kyrie and Rudolf are murderers, just isn't enough. I just wish the key elements are fully stated...this cat box has been around for years and for Ryukishi to close it and leave us ignorant is frustrating, to say the least. But, apparently there's supposed to be an Umineko Rei, so who knows.

And I better be sold well on the whole Lambda=cake thing. How am I supposed to interpret her sacrifice? Does Battler throw the cake at Yasuda/Hachijo, or was she hungry?

For what it's worth, the Umineko mystery as a whole is solveable with just Episode 8.

Ok... so, I DON'T want actual "help" but a nudge in the correct direction.

I've reached the ending in Remember11 titled [hide]Satoru's plan's fail[/hide] (or something to that effect)

Do I have to replay all of Kokoro's story (is there another end or do I have to redo her end?) or do I just restart Satoru's and I've done something really wrong with choices?

Just a nudge. Don't tell me choices please. Just answer these questions as simply as possible.

Aww, so I did fuck up on some choices, then. K, that's what my initial theory was. I can think of a few points where I might have made some errors in judgment.

Ok, so do I need to replay Kokoro's path to re-get the ending before restarting Satoru?
