Happy belated birthday, Meep-Sheep!

I... I was scared for making this post in the discussion thread considering this current topic and right off the bat I TRULY do not mean anything offensive that I may post and if it seems that way or I used an incorrect term or WHATEVER I apologize, had no intention to offend, and... x_x uggggg

So, the 19th was my youngest sister's 18th birthday. Now, to explain this next part...

There's a club that's near us that is a gay bar, however, it is the favorite hangout of minors in the area for one specific reason: they are allowed in. The bar with the alcohol and the dance floor are separated. Tia, my younger sister, has gone a few times, twice with her gay friend that came to visit who also enjoyed the place.

Clarissa has longed to go for some time but our mom told her "not until you are no longer a minor." So... Tia got this great idea to take Rissa and her boyfriend out. Somehow I got dragged into this as well... We were all threatened with death if we told her and she was very pleased and surprised when we decided to tell her last night so she could get ready ^_^; (actually, there were some issues with something, I dunno, I was at work and it was worked out by the time I got home, whatever).

So... I got dragged into my first bar... that was not only a bar but also a gay bar. And not that I really care much but it was just odd to turn around and suddenly see that many guys dressed in women's clothes within the space of three hours.

Seriously, I'm not into the whole dancing scene. Music was WAY too loud, lights were dancing everywhere, and it was just... ugggg. I got a free drink out of it - drinks were expensive but o_o holy shit there was a lot of booze in them. I only drank one long island ice tea and my god I think I actually got tipsy enough to be called "drunk". Tia, wisely, did not drink anything except just some weak bottle drink (forget the name) and then water.

Got dragged on the dance floor once. T-T I don't like crowds. It was near impossible to try to spot Rissa then I lost Tia and then I was all like "FFFFFFFUCK WHERE AM I?! GET ME OUTTA HERE!!" ...... And then I got told off by some [s]queen[/s] (*sigh* I DON'T KNOW THE SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE TERM so) "man dressed in a dress" because she was motioning for something, I couldn't grasp the concept and then she just waved me off and I swear I could hear the "girl-whatever!" that she prolly wanted to say. ......Tia has not let me live that down. She said one second she looked over at me and I was fine and the next I was getting told off by a queen. She nearly died laughing at me.

*sigh* the only favorable moment I can recall having was when I went to the restroom. I was half-gone through my drink and I'm at the sink and the "restroom cleaner" started to talk to me. ^_^; I have my suspicions she was probably lesbian but otherwise, the conversation was pretty normal and I got to vent about the noise and this just not being my thing to do on a Friday night. ..... Tia laughed at that, too, saying of all the places that I felt comfortable at a bar, it had to be the bathroom. x_x SHUT UP!!! UGGG!!!

Anyways, Rissa had a fantastic time. I at least got to try a new drink. I'm going to give this a "second time drunk in my life" day. And walking away with some interesting experiences.

*sigh* >_> I, too, am beginning to notice a trend here.
