I care a lot less about my age now than what I used to. But in less than a year I'll be an adult...nominally. Which doesn't seem right. I mean, I feel independent identity-wise, but I'm still really stupid about a lot of real world related things.
In short, I am not a gay wizard, Kino, so stop PMing me with "wingardium leviosa" and a .gif showing an erection.
[hide]I have a job, but I want a career. Maybe I should be a professional gay wixard expert. I could start teaching n undergraduate degree in homowizardology[/hide]
In a few weeks it'll be my wedding anniversary. I still look at my ring finger sometime or hear someone call me Mrs Kino, or have someone see a package from my parents and ask, "oh, is that your maiden name?" -- all those little things that just kind of make you pause and think, oh, shit, I am married. It's weird, but good.
I've been living in Virginia for nearly a year, and that's surreal, too. Also in a good way; I love it here.
Ahhh the passage of time is strange.
