I've quite enjoyed my time with the iPad. The bigger resolution makes it quite the better "lounging on couch reading shit fuck off" device. Plus, Air Video lets me stream all my anime/TV shows to it at full quality so ... yay. Probably not that useful in most situations but it was rather invaluable for me since I spent a lot of time away from my computer and TV but wanted to watch shit/read things/etc (or even if I was in the room, the couch is too far to comfortably read on my monitors so it was more convenient on the couch + iPad). Plus the battery really is fucking amazing.

I will say that the iPad lives only thanks to the App Store.

Which is odd as that's usually me. Well, not so much anti-Apple as it is anti-IDon'tWantTheKoolAidthx. Anyway, just saying since I was a huge skeptic of the iPad pre-launch (and having call options in Apple made the whole experience hectic too) and the results aren't too terrible, really; it's a great portable touch device that has all the functionality I want from a "bigger iPod." App store availability, media streaming (albeit through an app), and better/easier/etc. web browsing. I don't own a laptop so it quite easily fills that void.

Plus, I got to feel like a superdouche lounging about reading things and checking stocks. Now I just need the awesome monocle and I can totally go assholesnob.[/spoiler]

My MK300 Logitech keyboard and mouse desktop set thing just arrived it's much quieter than my old keyboard, although the spacebar is still sorta noisy. I gotta adjust the mouse sensitivity, x,x

1) Purple comforter. Only $30 and includes two shams.
2) Bricks, for my garden.
3) Sweat counteragent for shoes.
4) New MP3 player. 4 GB Sanza clip. Only replaced my 512 oldie because it is such a bugger to change batteries, and an integrated battery makes it much smaller in size. I can wear this on any outfit without hassle.

I have also bought some PC junk since you have last heard from me. I will post about that when I do not have work in the morning and preferably in a better state of mind.
