The long string of AHAHAHA stretched the width of the post content area beyond the normal 640px, causing backgrounds to repeat on the X axis in unintended manner.

I'm probably going to trade in Monster Hnter Tri and use the money I get from it along with the rest of it to buy something... Probably Gurumin.

Fucking game has pissed me off for long enough. It's just too hard for me to even grasp. *sulks* I feel like a failure when I see people with better HR thanme, because I can't do any of the other quests to get HR 3... Yes, that's how bad I am at the game and... ugh! It'd be nice if I had wii-speak, so that getting online wouldn't be such a pain in the ass.

And the game does tend to really not be fair towards all the weapons. Blowguns suck, Great Swords are too slow, Sword and Shield (which I would LOVE to use and WIN with) is just too weak, hammer... I hate impact damage, switch-axe confuses me, and the long-sword just pisses people off online.[/RANT]

Long story short: Monster Hunter seemed like a fun game, but it's not very user-friendly to newcomers. =_=

And nah, this is Tri. It's just that... ait, maybe I can see if my dad does have an extra keyboard. XD I may be able to go out and buy a Virtual Console controller as well. With all this new stuff, I might restart MH3 and make a new character.

I just have a question. I know the Sword and Shield lose their usfulness very quickly. The longsword is the most powerful and useful weapon there is, but it has the drawback of hitting party members with that reach. I've been using the Lance this whole time, because I prefer to hide behind my shield... XD Thing is the Qurupeco's flames BURN THROUGH IT. So, think I should change my weapon selection? I don't like using the Great sword because of how bulky and hard it is to move with it.

Should I say screw it and get the Longsword? From the brief time I used it in the arenas, I found it very fun and easy to use.

EDIT: Just looked through all the spares AND the keyboard I used... they aren't USB... ; o ;

the longsword has an infinite stab > upward slash > downward slash combo (if I'm not mistaken) if you're worried about hitting teammates.
