How's about some knuckledusters with pins on 'em?
Though a taser might do the trick... if you hook it up to a car battery. Though that would make your purse a bit heavy, I assume.
Anyways... I am, as of this weekend, a proud owner of a Wii... and my good arm now being sore too from overusing it XD
Real fun machine, once you get the hang of it. First thing I did was challenge my mom to a round of bowling... of course... one round isn't enough... we ended up bowling for about 2 hours.
Only thing left for me to buy now are two games:
Dead Rising - Chop till you drop & a decent sword game.

If you're buying Dead Rising - Chop till you drop in hopes that it will be like the 360 version, prepare to be disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I bought the game knowing full well how different from the original it would be, and thought that it was a fairly decent, and overall, fun Third-Person Shooter. Bottom line, as a Wii port of the Sandbox game we know and love, they did a poor job. As a third-person shooter, I feel that they made a solid title with minor problems, like any other game.
Oh, and for a "decent sword game": No More Heroes

Nice, that's exactly what I do. It's hella dorky, but I also don't have to worry about what I'm going to name them, etc. Took me, like, two hours to even start Etrian Odyssey because I didn't want to pick names I'd regret later on. But I'm probably the only person here that's extremely particular about naming characters.
For trivia's sake, any MegaTen games that have a main character without a default name end up with:
First name: 主人公 (shujinkou)
Last name: 主人公 (shujinkou)
Nickname: しゅじんこう (shujinkou)
For the first SMT I use Hero, Law Hero, Chaos Hero, and Heroine in katakana because that's what it says in the instruction manual.
