I've only seen a 7-eleven gas station like twice in my life. They're usually just corner stores here.

They are all over here. There are 2 within 15 minutes of walking, and another few within 30 minutes by foot. It's awesome. I live off the shit there. However, right now, I'm boycotting one nearby because the old nazi that works there is a jerk all the time. They might go out of business soon because of the sudden lack of my constant slurpee purchases.
Tl;dr 7-11's are generally awesome.

I haven't seen a 7-11 since I left Virginia. ^_^ I use to go there for ice cream, but... most gas stations have the sorta stuff that I purchased from there. I don't remember anything "spectacular" other than the name 7-11 was just awesome.

nothing even approaches Slurpees in icy goodness.
They also have ridiculously cheap donuts and cookies and stuff
and free cheese and chili

Never actually been inside a 7-11, as they are quite rare and only seem to show up in rather "impoverished" areas of some surrounding towns.

General Lee Awesome! *salutes*
Sev = good. Most of the ones here are gas stations, although the one nearest us just turned into a 7-11 convenience store with Petro-Can gas. Soo yeah.
