I was looking into getting the fourth volume of Spice and Wolf, and wanted to get Amazon's free shipping. So, I decided to pad it with a few games I was thinking of getting that were pretty cheap.
So, does anyone think it's a bad idea to get both Wii games, Ookami and Muramasa: The Demon Blade? [hide]No, I don't care what people say about the summarization style to the translation. It's 10 bucks and I need games for the Wii, or it will survive as one of my worst purchases ever.[/hide]

If you have a University e-mail account, you can still qualify for one free year of Amazon Prime. Free two-day shipping, hooray!
But as for those two titles, there's nothing wrong with them. I prefer the PS2 version of Okami vs waggle and I like the art in the PS2 version better but it's 99% preference (and 1% dragons).

So, I have a purchase-related question. I've had my DS Lite since it was first released and I think the screens are starting to crap out. If that should happen, do you think I would be better off replacing my DS with the DSi/DSi XL or the 3DS? I wouldn't mind having the 3DS but I've heard a lot of negative things about it and I'm sure they'll come out with another, better one in due time, so if I wait I could just snatch up that one. What would you guys do? Replace the Lite with the DSi and wait for the next 3DS? Get the 3DS when the Lite dies? Or just wait for the Lite to die and go DS-less 'til the next 3DS?
SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM. O_O;;;

The DSi/XL is a wonderful piece of technology if you can get over not being able to play GBA games. The DSiWare store is wonderful, all of the new features with camera and voice and stuff is awesome, and the XL fits nicely in your hands and looks incredible.
The 3DS is also an amazing thing. However, when you play original DS games, the fact that the screen output and resolution are different means that your DS game looks like crap.
It is of note that the DS Lite is having its price drop to $99 now. If you're waiting for the 3DS, which afaik has the DSiWare store, it might be worth it to just get another Lite and keep that one with you forever. I still the original gray launch day DS, and have never owned another, and will keep it for as long as it works.
