New keyboard just arrived. Completely different feel than my other two: DiNovo (Scissor switch) for wireless and my G15 (Rubber dome) for wired. Unfortunately, current setup of comfy couch PC use is maybe a foot too long for the 3m cable to reach comfortably (it's stretched taut right now T.T). I may bring this with me into work tomorrow and get some use out of it to adjust since the left side of the keyboard has the macro keys and it's throwing off my equilibrium, though I seem to have adjusted during this way too long paragraph.
Still, it sounds loud but it's not super annoying except I hammer the spacebar currently and it makes a thud instead of the satisfying clickclack. Profound sadness. Must adjust. Also, I used to mock (-ish) those people who had tons of peripherals ... I have 5 keyboards and 4 mice. >>
Fucking monster of a keyboard though. Weighs in at about 3 pounds and I think I could club a goat to death with it. Still, a part of me is sad I missed out on getting $30 off of it through Newegg on the Ultimate edition ($120 -> $90) if only because backlit would've been nice to have so I can keep the lighting dim for my glossy monitor. Oh well.

I ordered a new keyboard for my laptop, and oh my. I received it today and THE SHIFT KEYS ARE FUNCTIONAL.
;_; I can type in the normal fashion on my laptop keyboard again! For months I had been using my USB Keyboard (the sweet dear, it served me well) and though it worked, I had to make room for it anywhere I wanted to type and thus removed much of the ease and mobility of the laptop.
It feels so strange to be typing without using Caps lock and being able to use punctuation without the USB now. OMG.
*dances*
