I just got my ass kicked by Dark Souls harder than anyone else, ever.
As in I put the disc into my 360 for the first time, it somehow became displaced in the tray, ground a big ring scratch around the outer edge, and is now not bootable. Oh! And even if I wanted to lie to the small video game store I bought it from and say it was that way when I opened it, I don't have my receipt, and even if I did, they don't accept returns.
$65 later, I just got dominated by Dark Souls without even booting the game.

Hmm. I'm sorry to say, but I have to agree with Zamisk here. Non-alcoholic beer is still beer, so you should not drink it if you're abstaining.
