If anyone wants the Japanese version of EOIV for some reason, I spotted someone selling a copy of it for $34 (including shipping):

There's also some people selling individual parts of the Famitsu DX Pack on ebay (Mug, Wall Scroll, Clear Files, Outtake CD/Booklet.)
