I agree that Impala is a pretty name. Sadly, I can't help thinking of "Wanna Be A Baller" whenever I see an Impala on the road, and so I've developed a strong mental association between the word impala and thug rappers.

Can't really think of anything I could hold against the XL.

It has forgone the stylus the original 3DS had, which was metallic, short and extendable, and inserted on top. On the XL it can be found at the side, is of the classic DS plastic and has only one form. This is not as fancy, but much more practical for repeated use when you need it. Other than that, it is technically superior. The greater size of course is merit of note since you can't pocket it, though if you just throw it in your purse it should be fine. ( ' ▽ ')/

I certainly don't miss my old 3DS. I would get the XL.

If you can get the LoZ edition in good condition for a reasonable price, it is absolutely gorgeous. I doubt you could find it for a reasonable price, though.

Having the stylus at the top is really, really annoying at first, but eventually you get used to it.

Well, if a certain member here still has his to sell, I can get it for a fantastic price. And if not, there's actually a guy here in Austin selling one for $200 on Craigslist. : O So there's that. I've also seen several on eBay lately going for $200 and just below if you get them with no original packaging. Oh! And GameStop.com has one for $169!

But a regular 3DS is so much cheaper. Dx And I actually like the aqua colored one...
