They're about to kill him off for a while, which means he won't be in every comic anymore. Score!
I like him, but it drives me nuts when he's written completely differently in two different comics that come out at the same time, and how that problem is enlarged by the fact he's on every team.
Also I'm pretty sure Trif is more exited than Ms. M was meeting Wolverine.

They were twinsies, Zam. Twinsies. It was beyond adorable.
Also, Wolverine was one of the first comics I actually read as a kid, along with the Punisher, so there's a lot of sentimentality involved for me when it comes to Wolverine. I saw the Batman movies growing up but the comics came waaaaay later for me. He has become my default favorite hero now that I'm kind of over (though still fond of) Batman.

My top 4 are pretty steady, but the rest of my top 10 are always in flux.
Superboy, Spider-Man, Robin (Tim), Shadowcat, then a bunch of people like most of the Runaways, Superman, Star-Lord and Stargirl. Wolverine and Batman are nowhere near that list, but it's mostly to do with what I grew up with, like the Teen Titans cartoon and Young Justice comics, along with Ultimate Spider-Man.

With Wolverine, you can pick up an X-Men title and an Avengers title in the same week where in the same universe he acts completely different.
Also, I forgot Invincible on my list.

I have no purchased 2 Dead on Arrival PS3 controllers in a row. I have returned them both, but damn. This is the first time in a long time I actually find myself needing to go to a brick and mortar store in order to insure a quality product.

There are strategy guides and then there are STRATEGY GUIDES.
If it's basic cheats, forget it, gamefaqs is all I need, but there's something about the sexiness of these books and they will go more indepth with the mechanics of the games than gamefaqs dweebs.
The only strategy guides I typically buy (which I can count on both hands how many I have) are Zelda and then the KH2 one that I bought. That I purchased a game guide for this just shows my obscene obsession with the game.

Strategy guides all too frequently are completely unreliable in my experience, I've had quite a few that had completely wrong information or important stuff missing entirely (sometimes purposely omitted), and given the ease at which I could find the information online it just feels like a waste of money.

.hack//Legend Of The Twilight Complete Collection (3 DVDs in standard box)
This arrived unexpectedly quick. Expected maybe because it's only one item, so no VAT, but unexpected because Madman didn't send a shipping confirmation.

@Kimiko: Your post brings back sad memories. Back when I was in high school I lent my Legend of the Twilight boxset to my sister, which she lost. She refused to replace it and found it years later, stuffed under her bed with a bunch of other crap. The box was completely ruined; tattered, frayed and with some of the corners almost completely worn through. I didn't like the series very much, but it was still such a sad sight. That was the last time I let anyone else so much as touch my anime.
Also, Madman are pretty bad with shipping confirmations, I literally can't for the life of me even remember the last time they sent me one.
OT:
Migthyape had a big sale recently and I picked some stuff up:
• Tales of Xillia 2 Collectors Edition (Another Tales game to add to my backlog; this is one of the nicest collectors editions I have gotten in a long time.)
• Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2014 (I find myself using my laptop hooked up to my monitor more and more lately and I figured it was time to get a keyboard. This is my first Razer product that isn't a 360 controller and my first impression is pretty much the same as it was with the Sabertooth and Onza; it feels really cheap and crappy, but performs very well. Even though I would actually prefer the "clicky" sound of the regular BWU I got the stealth version since the lower actuation force is more important to me.)
Even discounted as they were, the two above items were still pretty expensive, however everything else was cheap as hell, mostly sitting at around 70% off.
• Mythbusters 8 Season 8 Collection 2 (I've been waiting for this for a long time. The show may just be a shadow of its former self, but I still love the crap out of it.)
• Back to the Future Trilogy Blu-ray (I figured that I should upgrade from my VHS boxset, especially given that I don't even have a VCR anymore.)
• Street Fighter X Tekken Special Edition (I haven't bought this until now since I'm not a Tekken fan and I actively dislike Street Fighter, but I couldn't resist giving it a go at the price they were asking.)
• Diciples III Gold Edition (I already have the base game, so I'll just consider this getting the expansion for $9.)
• Just Cause Collection (I have previously mentioned that I was interested in Just Cause 2, and when I saw this I decided to take the plunge. I've blindly gambled on games before for much more, so what the hell?)
• Total War: Shogun 2 Gold Edition (This is my first game in the Total War series and I have been meaning to try it since the original. Better late than never I suppose.)

Yah, I remember now that I didn't get shipping confirmations from Madman before. Everyone else does them though, and it was a while since my last order from Madman.
.hack//Legend Of The Twilight Bracelet (it bothers me they left out the 腕輪 (udewa) part from the official translation) wasn't the greatest anime, but it wasn't really bad either, and it's part of the .hack canon.
Speaking of .hack canon, could I ask someone here to help me obtain the four PS2 games? There are enough sellers on Amazon Marketplace, but most of them don't offer international shipping (and the ones that do are in the 'ehh, I want these, but not that badly' price range).
