Recent "Purchases" Christmas Edition:
Been tracking this mouse for some time now, and asked my parents to get it for Christmas.
(NOTE: The mousepad is not new, just wanted a cool mousepad for the pic
)

Finally got a copy of this. Got the Limited Edition, too XD
(comes w/Tenshi no Present, OST, and an artbook.)
Didn't even ask for this, but whatever.
I hear this was even better than the other awesome Wii Railshooters
(i.e. House of the Dead: Overkill and both RE: Chronicles games)
There. No more borrowing/torrenting these games. I finally got legit copies <3

Oddly enough, my brother's girlfriend got me this next present.
Don't know how she knew I liked these characters (I never even told my brother).
Even more strange, is the character I randomly got:

I wasn't expecting anything, and I didn't really receive anything. Except for a little medieval knight statuette from one of my uncles who's into scale modelling and stuff. The statuette will be going up on my shelf and his thoughtfulness is much appreciated. He was the only person in the family to get anyone else anything—and he got *everyone* something. ^^;

surprise Christmas money oh boy I bought shit:
Electric Hands <--- collection of short stories, first two stories I read forever ago and loved... horrified that the middle two stories are about 12-year-old uke and 17-year-old seme GOD I AM SO OLD MAKE IT STOP last two stories are good
Madness vol 1 <--- no idea but looked really cool, from BLU publishers who have successfully published Junjou Romantica's 12+ volumes, so I feel safe trusting them with anything "vol 1" Some publishers publish a first volume that never sees subsequent volumes WTF NO. Anyway.
Love Hurts <--- short-story collection involving violence? I'm intrigued.
Kyo Kara Maoh vol 1 and 2 <--- I was so hesitant about picking up the manga because it's just like the anime scene-for-scene and, especially with the early episodes, I'm a little sick of the filler but I guess the upside to having it in manga form is the re-readability for certain OH SO DELICIOUS CRACK scenes. I stopped by work on the way home and grabbed volume 3, too... I think 4 and 5 are out so I'll have to order them I guess.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang <--- decided that Val Kilmer and Robert Downey Jr kissing needed to be in my collection
mh
Priscilla, Queen of the Desert <-- should be obvious, but Hugo Weaving and Guy Pearce in fabulous drag is just too much crack for moi to resist
Brokeback Mountain <--- got in a used copy of the gorgeous 2-disc special edition also SPOILER ALERT
Ironic that yet again Heath Ledger's character is the one that lives ala Dark Knight?!
RIP HEATH :*(
these should keep me busy for a while.
