[spoiler]As far as I'm concerned, half that list wouldn't make it near a "Top 5" list. NMH2 was a bomb (comparatively, anyway), MadWorld was bland after the initial fun/shock went away, I'm not a fan of the RailShooters at all, and I preferred TP on the GC. I haven't gotten around to Dead Space: Extraction yet so I can't comment on it and I don't like the MH franchise from what I've seen of it though, again, I haven't played the Wii one.

Also, SMG2 isn't even out yet (though is a week worth counting?) but I'd add NSMB: Wii to the list as it was a rather fun co-op game to 100%. I didn't quite like Galaxy but I think Mario has lost a lot of appeal to me over the years who knows. We made NSMB: Wii into a horrible, horrible drinking game which made it a blast to play/fuck with each other/ohfuckinggodhowdidwe100%this?

And, TvC ... I wish I had sticks for it is about all I can say. Since I don't, I probably won't ever pick it up. Sadness, I realize, but oh well.

But, that's my own personal list. What's yours and what's mine are different. OBLIGATORY JOKE IS OBLIGATORY etc.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]ps, in case it got missed, I actually do like Muramasa and find it one of the best games on the console. It's, unfortunately, just not saying much really. It is a great game and I hope for more in the same style but I just don't find "BESTEST WII GAME" a huge claim to fame. Whether you agree or disagree is up to you.[/spoiler]

I didn't really like Galaxy that much either, but that doesn't change my view on the Wii as a whole. I just don't get the elitist view of the Wii (other than the obvious, steaming pile of shovelware).

Although, I have been seen by many as some faggot gamer that owns over 600 video games and also despises most mainstream games somehow, despite owning several hundreds of games to compare these "popular" games to.

Elitist? Hm ... probably. It is still, for me, the weakest of the three consoles as far as an interesting library is concerned. A lot of situational (read: fun with others only) games and not much meat on some others. Nothing really stellar or exciting or at least interesting enough to pull me from whatever I'm currently doing.

As for mainstream ... meh. I don't understand people who loathe them merely because they're popular or nitpick the fuck out of them because they're popular. Quite a few of them are not the steaming piles of shit that the "WE <3 NICHE" crowd seems to think. Quite frankly, I loathe the "<3 NICHE!1!1" crowd so much more; typically, they're rather blind and complete utter morons who are unable to be unbiased.

If it's fun, it's fun. Fuck the popularity contest bullshit. I don't care.

I own a 360, and in my experience, it definitely looks like the weakest, though I don't have a PS3 to really know for sure. =\

I mean, it really is just shooter after shooter. I hate those games. I don't regret getting the 360 because the arcade is pretty awesome and I do like a couple of games (Mass Effect, Shadow Complex), but it's mostly just Western shit. It's like the PC, except weaker.

The Wii at least has unique experiences. I must say, also, that Galaxy is my all-time favorite Mario game, though I hate TP. I agree that the Wii isn't great, but this entire generation (aside from the DS) has been an astounding disappointment. It definitely beats the 360 by a mile in my book.

The PS3 has fucking Flower, Little Big Planet, and um...well...maybe it's NOT that much better than the Wii >_> But I still feel like it's better than the rest. And I'm not even a Sony fanboy. My first and only Sony console was the PS2, and I bought it last year.
