Why the hell is Tyrant 5 only available through Diamond Comics and not from Ingram Book company already?!
ALSO DIAMOND COMICS WHY DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM $250 ORDER FOR BOOKSTORES
FFFFFFFFffffffffff.....
I want to read it sooooo bad.
Also have to wait for April for Betrayal 3 -- gack! SO FUCKING GOOD.
It's like everything I love about Mirage of Blaze mixed with everything awesome about everything else.
Also a character whose angst literally sets people on fire with his mind.

Tyrant fucking 5
finally
Way too short and not nearly enough plot, compared to the previous volumes. Hardly anything happened! It totally wasn't resolved! Bonus story at the end was nice... if a bit... rape-tastic.

Maybe I should try to read Air Gear again after many years. Apparently it's Dragon Ball Z in science-sauce now.
Where was I? Hmm. Thinking past Agito/Akito somewhere.

Virtuoso di Amore by Uki Ogasawara
Had a lot of potential and didn't really pay off in the end, but overall a fairly enjoyable read. Her art is always really intense -- lots of toner, long intricate eyelashes, super defined and dark lines. I'm not sure I like it -- dreamy, soft art like Hinako Takanaga's is still my preferred style -- but it's not bad. Worth the read, at least. Plot was a bit too scattered to describe -- short version is that main character is a pianist hired by a wealthy aristocrat.
Rabbit Man, Tiger Man vol 1 by Akira Honma
Utterly adorable -- definitely funny/cute. Absolutely adore the Tiger and Rabbit imagery, especially during a few defining plot moments. Tragically short and ends on a cliffhanger -- one of those with about 120 pages of the main story with 42 pages of unrelated story at the end. I didn't like the bonus story, something with a tutor/student relationship, etc -- I kind of skimmed it, honestly. Can't wait for volume 2 though.
Plot is that soft, timid Dr Uzuki finds a wounded Yakuza boss in an alley one night. He tends to the man's wounds despite being intimidated by him. Yakuza boss falls in love with his "Florence Nightingale," who he thinks is named Suzuki and is a woman. Yakuza shows up at the hospital under the pretense of finding his savior -- actually the hapless Uzuki.
Let's see... anything else recently?
Oh, read Cigarettes Kisses and it was truly abysmal. Like. Absolutely no redeeming qualities to be found. The art was bad, the plot confusing, the romance didn't make sense -- wtf. It's been a while since I've hated a manga this much.

I'm reading Bleach (OhEmGee Final Arc), Naruto (OhEmGee Probably Final Arc), Fairy Tail and Gantz (OhEmGee Final Arc). I'm trying to find a new one and I've found some fun times in Zanbara.
Re: What manga are you currently reading?
If you're shounening it up, Magi isn't bad and Toriko is manly and awesome and shit. Yeah.

Kenshiro, fist of the north star. Perfect.
*Important note: Not actually a Senpai.
Re: What manga are you currently reading?
I watched the Fist of the North Star and loved how well it was done. A lot of Manga to Anime aren't so well done, but Fist of the North Star renewed my faith anime and I don't want to read what I enjoy watching so much. I've spied on Toriko on occasion and was unable to get into it. I should also mention I like Claymore, but I haven't really picked it up. I've glanced over a few more recent chapters here and there, but haven't made the jump to chapter one yet.
Thanks for the recommendations!

A nice one-shot I read recently was called aability shop, I liked it a lot, it's a quick read. I liked the art, though the ending to me was a bit of a cop-out dues ex machina.
Also, loved future diary.

Let Dai is kind of fucked up, but has the prettiest art I've ever seen in a manwha (which isn't saying much, as I rather dislike manwha art)
I guess I'll get volume 2.

Re: What manga are you currently reading?
I should have mentioned that I enjoyed Air Gear until so much started going on that I couldn't keep up. It also leads me to ask if, of those of you who have read both Air Gear and Gantz, any one has noticed that Gantz has a character who resembles Sora to the dot for his first few appearances? I couldn't get over it, so I keep referring to that character as Sora. xD
