I remember playing Rainbow Island on my NES all night once. I got all seven giant diamond thingies! ALL SEVEN! And then I find out there are seven more. @.@;; So I left it on all of the next day while I went to school and resumed playing that evening. I am still amazed the thing didn't die during or immediately after that.

Why would it die just from being on all day? My computer is on for months without even rebooting.

Being unable to get a decent credit card (i.e., good rewards, no annual fee) is sad day.

[spoiler]To head off the "CREDIT CARDS ARE EVIL" speech, they're great to have if only for doing that one purchase per billing period and paying that off to build credit score. Plus, X% cash back is nice for purchases you'd do normally (and pay off as you buy them).[/spoiler]

Raaaaaaaaaargh... Today at school was crappy!

First off, one of my teachers was out and we had a sub, one of the worst ones in the school. She doesn't know a lick of English and she's always touching the students... It's so awkward!

Secondly, I was playing Pokemon white in class because we had nothing to do. I was looking for new Pokemon to catch when suddenly.... SHINY! But sadly, I was unprepared. I wasn't expecting to find something like that and I was low on Pokeballs and most of my Pokemon were too strong to weaken it without killing it. I did what I could and sadly, had to resort to killing it... I felt like I died a little on the inside. 2nd Pokemon in B/W I've seen that I haven't been able to capture, the first was when the Professor was doing her intro speech and opened a pokeball, revealing a shiny Chillarmy...

I also had a Spanish test that I don't think I did that great on...

I wish it were that nice here

Well right now it's pretty much the opposite. Snow storm going on, cars drifting all over the place, people advised to stay home. Gonna be dipping below 0F through the weekend.

I don't think I'd trade, though.
