damn that sucks.

wish I had some words of wisdom, though to be honest I have no idea how your schools work exactly.

Yeah, it pretty much means I just did a years hard work for nothing (Edit: and wasted the money I paid to do the course). I've e-mailed them about it, but from both what I've seen happen to others and personal experience these things are rarely resolved in the student's favour.

^_^ Nope, not at all.

Though, to be honest... I think that's kinda contradictory. You don't want your personal info on the net, but you are putting your name on sites for clients.

I don't care. All I've ever done are sites for me. Never made one for a client except Neechin.net which was a lot of fun.

I put my name on my stuff because it's all that's out there of me besides my little tinkerings that never went live. I really want to go back and edit and put my name instead of Maxine MagicFox on ItL even. I'll do so eventually.

Sad fact:

typed in MCLoZ.net the other day. *sigh* It's gone. My website since 1999 is offline. Actually this is the fourth time it is offline due to hosting issues and the second time it is "permanent" (back in, what was it? '03? I decided I wasn't going to waste time on my little site anymore.... then a few months later I download art programs, started tinkering, and thought "I want to build a website with this." .... ^_^; MCLoZ came back online.

...this time, I don't think I'll be going back to it. It's on my harddrive and that's where it is to remain. I DO want to save the files to prevent loss, though.
