I don't think I've laughed so hard in *quite* a while.

[spoiler]Actually, I've always suspected female restrooms are on the whole a lot cleaner than male restrooms. I never cease to be amazed just how BAD everyone's aim is. (Personally, I always sit, so spraying onto everything *except* the bowl is not a problem I have. Not that it would be a problem if I chose to stand.) People tell me I'm wrong about the relative cleanliness.

And question for the ladies: do you find that other women flush? Because for some reason guys NEVER do. I do not know why.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]In my experience from just having worked at my fastfood restraunt:

I HATE HATE HATE cleaning the men's bathroom. They do not flush. Sure, ok, sometimes women don't flush, either. However, I'm convinced that there are days that that toilet in the men's restroom does not get flushed and everyone just.... uses it... that much accumulation should NOT be possible.

You wanna know something else I really hate. I knock on a stall in the women's restroom to see if anyone's in there and I will either get a silent: "...in here..." or an old, granny that screams "SOMEONE'S IN HERE!!" all mean.

However, when I go to the men's restroom, I knock on the door before I enter the room...... nothing... I open the door and shout in (and I SHOUT) "CLEANING STAFF! ANYONE IN HERE?!" ... nothing.... At this point one of two bad scenarios will happen. A) I walk in and find a guy at the urinal, pants down, full view... >_< leaving me scarred for life. Or B) I walk in... see that the stall is closed and wonder "is someone in there?" I've cleaned the bathroom many times, convinced that someone is in that stall. Or like with one time, some guy walks out, unzipped while I'm in the middle of sweeping.

And I generally let it be known that I'm NOT pleased and I think I've cussed out quite a few customers that have done that to me.

Kino - Eww, that's so distgusting (and not funny). I feel sorry and respectful for you having to clean up that mess. I would be so freaked out doing something like that with bare hands.

Negzee - You know there are solutions for that nowadays, right?

My friend works at Home Goods (off-price retailer for housewares) and that corporation hires a cleaning company that cleans all the stores every morning and are payed with petty cash. I guess that is uncommon.
