One thing that's surprising is how fast it came on. I'm sitting at work on Thursday, and was feeling a bit fatigued that day, but nothing that made me think I was sick or anything. Then around 11:00am, BAM... I have this instant extreme dizziness, like nothing I've ever experienced before. It causes me to become extremely nauseous, and I end up throwing up twice (and I don't vomit easily, btw). After spending at least half an hour in the bathroom at work because I'm too nauseous to even move at all without risking more vomiting, I end up managing to call someone to pick me up. The next few days were spend mostly in bed, due to the extreme fatigue that it caused as well as the fact that I couldn't really move my head much without feeling real nauseous, real fast.
Now it's eased off quite a bit, enough for me to be back at work at least (I'm still being careful not to move my head around too much though). But yeah, that was pretty harsh. It's probably on par with a stomach flu, even though I wasn't actually sick with an illness.
