So, I'm pretty pissed with my job at the moment and the way my boss has treated me recently.

A few weeks ago it had snowed. I told my boss the day before "hey, I know I agreed to come in tomorrow but heads up - if it snows as bad as they are saying, I'm not coming in tomorrow. I can't." I live on a bloody f-ing hill, as do many others, and when it snows, it's hard to get out of our drive ways.

Anyways, had to call out, it was an f-ing ice storm. I was responsible and told my boss and apologize. Anyways, he hasn't even asked me for extra days AT ALL these past few weeks. Which wouldn't be so bad EXCEPT he's only putting me on the schedule for like two fuckin days a week.

THEN on Friday, I had some issues with my knee and I couldn't stand. I had some pain killers but they wore off. My knee was swollen and shit and several others were worried about me - his brilliant idea: put me in back drive. When Betty came in I asked her if it were possible for her to send me home. I've NEVER asked to be sent home and I said I would stay if she really did have issues sending me home. She said no, it was fine - go. She's a fucking manager. I asked, if she had said no it's not like I'm going to fucking argue.

Then yesterday I returned to work and my boss fucking yelled at me for going home! I guess apparently after I left, Betty got stormed by orders and SHE didn't take the effort to call anyone in. Talking with others on shift that night, though, aparently it wasn't that big of a fucking deal.

I know I'm not the greatest employee EVER. I can't work all the hours that others can because I'm going to classes, but even so, there's this one girl that has a schedule similar to mine that's getting more hours. Then I call out ONCE for a legit reason, and I don't even get asked to come in for "extra" hours, and then I get shouted at for going home early when I've NEVER asked before for a legit reason.

<_< I've just about had all I can take of this fucking fast food job. If things don't improve in a month, I'm going to start looking for other job opportunities. I only have this semester and one other and then I can graduate and move on to something for my career (whatever that ends up being). I'm just tired of this stupid petty bullshit.
