One side of me feels for the PR guy in those tweets, that's a hefty thing to have to deal with, another part of me thinks: my GOD that PR guy should be fired. It's one thing to discuss things with fans but a PR guy needs to know when to STFU and remember he's representing a company. Knowing when NOT to comment is just as much part of the job as knowing when TO comment.

That and there's just some shit in there that makes me think the guy is just an outright fucking idiot. I couldn't care less about the situation and even I think this is the fucking dumbest thing I've ever read:

Nah, really? I'm just sick of the nerdrage. Already had to deal with it with Tales. Then Operation Rainfall happened, and now MML3 with all the problems of Capcom behind it. Everyone just seems to be going psycho over a form of entertainment.

Granted, I got pissed when my internet became messed up due to some online games becoming unplayable, but that was mostly a build-up from my sister ("Oh, I want this video game, and this system, and... but I don't care about what YOU play, what YOU have to say about them, or about YOU playing them."). Frankly, I think I'm getting the idea from her to abandon video games, then the world exploded.

No one's thinking logically, and instead are acting like brats. They want what THEY want, and damn anyone in the most painful ways possible that stands in their way... over a video game. A form of entertainment.

I want them to just grow up, get over it, and maybe think something else will happen instead of freaking out like the world is ending. Who knows?

"a shame more fans didn't want to get more involved" == "a shame that what we put forth didn't make more fans want to get involved" It's not even twisting anything to get to there, really; hell, I'd honestly twist it more to get it to being the "lol fans were lazy shits and it's all their fault" that people pulled from it. Maybe I'm just too well versed in PR speak.

As for the nerdrage ... I dunno. Gaming is a part of my life and it kind of fucking blows when companies treat the consumers like shit. But I'm the same for basically any form of treating the consumers like shit when stuff gets pulled. And I don't really go off the deep end on it. I agree too many people take it the wrong way (seriously, fuck every Tales fans stupid boycott ideas) but eh ... whatever.

All the Borders around me are getting liquidated. Man, I just like buying physical copies that yes, I'll eventually tear, stain, and corners taken out since they all get worn, but it's my damage!


On the other hand, there's probably a sale tomorrow/today (screw my sleep schedule) with hopefully good items.





Also I get my music CDs elsewhere now.








Still leaves lack of books since I can't order online at the moment.
