I lost my father just 2 years ago, when he was pretty young (50). Even though he had a list of medical ailments a mile long, it was still abrupt and jarring, and I expect you feel much the same way. The death of a parent always comes too soon, regardless of your age. It can be impossibly difficult. You feel cheated, or angry, or lonely, but most of all sad. What I can promise you is that it does get better, with time. And remember, like noodles said, there will always be people here if you need someone to talk to.

OHGOD OHGOD I might be leaving the bookstore to work full time as an office manager. OH GOD. I'm nervous because it's all new and alarming and so, so sad because I love working at that bookstore. STUPID MONEY WHY U SO NECESSARY FO' LIFE.

This is why the only thing I use of yours is your operating system. Even then, my other machines run Ubuntu. Open Source is not only free, but usually less irritating.

hate to say it but trif you may have made the right choice. Alot of bookstores are closing in my state. WHY BORDERS WHY?!
