Is being only friends a bad thing? I mean, if you like her, you like her as a friend too, right?

Being friends is not a bad thing, but I would like to date her if she'd be willing. You're probably right now it still feels important. Hm. And this isn't her first relationship, but it is mine.

So we hung out today, and conversation was easy and natural or whatever. After a while her ex came up again, and then she brought up how one of her good male friends just asked her out and she is very confused. I didn't want to add to the confusion, she seemed stressed enough already, so I didn't bother asking her out on a proper date. I'm going to give this some time, and just stay friends with her. As it is, I'm pretty sure I'm about as far into the friend zone as you can be, but who knows if something will change in the future? Whatever, though. I'm content to just be her friend for now.

Ok, this should be the last of this for a good while. Sorry for constantly whining here.

Aww, I'm sorry it isn't working out the way you'd like, Zamisk, but I'm glad to see you taking it so well. I hope that one day she'll appreciate how you've been there for her through all her confusion.

Taking it well? I sat in front of the tv for two hours after setting it up to tape Glee for Janessa. AFV was on to the channel the TV was turned on to, and then Reba came on back to back and I didn't even change it.

I guess what I really meant by "taking it well," was that you aren't trying to force the issue because of your own desire, you are giving her the time and space she apparently needs... basically being a good friend.

Reba sucks so much. Also, new Spider-Man comic come out tomorrow, but my comic-book-buddy is working, so I have to wait till Thursday.
