^_^ LOL
actually, it feels kind of embarrassing...
"Yeah. I make websites. Actually... it's more like fan websites.... for video games... nothing official... or even professional... *sigh*"

You know, ItL started as trying to be something a little on the professional side. I was hoping to be able to be more journalistic with it and actually be kind of a link between Atlus and you guys... -_-; *sigh* but of course got busy... just don't have the time to spend like I use to for MCLoZ ... and then I made that royal blunder not so long ago.
^_^ Though I am still very proud of the design. But, I am wanting to be more of a back end developer. I have SOME design talent, but it only goes so far. I can't draw. Pfft, I have a hard time just creating a curved line on photoshop.

^_^ I mean... look at our background. The odd lines. :3 That was me trying to create scan lines that would automatically repeat... and failed. .... I still never have learned what I did wrong exactly... o_O;

I believe PLA is implying that make up and "nice and presentable" seldom have any relevance, something I agree with. A lot of the women I know aim for the same thing a man should aim for when presenting one self: clean and respectable. One time an interviewer even called me out for wearing purple. :(

I got my report card back today, and my dad made it clear it isn't good enough for him.
He didn't seem mad enough to ground me for 3 months (again), but it could just be that my mom isn't here for the next few days so he's waiting to discuss it. So, there's that.

^ Three months? That sounds harsh. My parents don't have the attention-span for something like that.

Mine did. Absolutely no electronic devices for 3 months, unless specifically needed for school with a note.
For a C in some stupid freaking junior high course.

Wow! D: That's super serious. Jeez. So you've never received another C since then, right? I wouldn't!
But this is the girl who, I'm slightly embarrassed to admit, actually cried when she got her first F. I was so upset over it on my own that I didn't NEED to be grounded.

You're trying to lower their expectations of you?

I guess someone has commited the "Innocent Sin" to suffer the "Eternal Punishment".

I remember my first F, as well. I was so devastated. My parents weren't particularly hard on me - not that my problems ever had to do with my parents. But in middle school I was just so depressed I didn't even WANT to care about anything. The F was just another stab in my already poor self esteem. And the trend continued... was even made worse by a particular 7th grade teacher... but at the end of the school year when she told my mom "I would probably never amount to anything" and I saw how furious my mom got and realized how furious "I" was with that statement.... *shrugs* in 8th grade I started caring again. A's and B's and I graduated and received several honors awards for my achievements that year.
I hope that teacher was there and was watching during that graduation ceremony. >:[

F is a silly grade. :3
I have no idea when I did not pass the first time. Usually doesn't even faze me, or always register, which might be a disadvantage.
Hmm, something to complain about. Ah, can't play my Wii right now.

Not sure what it was like for you, but I only got bad grades due to lack of interest. I had the same "issue" as well, but I never cared. My grades up until grade 11 were minimalist in nature. So long as I am passing I will just kick back and let the bad grades roll by. When grade 12 came around, I actually tried (sort of) just to make sure I was done with it.
Zamisk is a lot brighter than most children his age. Seems like he just has a hard time concentrating and he probably has to convince himself that this is important. His rapid imagination is one of the many factors in this.
