My job is awesome on the days when users aren't total idiots and computers do what they are supposed to.
That said, my job is just okay most of the time, because users are always idiots and computers never do what they are supposed to.
Whats that? Broken printer? Time to spend 2 hours doing magic to try and get a printer to work again! Yay!
Really though its not that bad. I spend a lot of my time on Reddit, etc.

Get told that I have the day off today, yesterday. I accidentally forget to turn off my alarm, and get woken up by it. Once I turn it off, my dad's employee calls me saying that my dad has some things he wants me to do. =_= Yesterday, his credit card got declined and I had to pay out of my pocket for groceries. Today, he wants me to buy more stuff and lunch for him and my sister. Well, I was flat broke, because of the whole thing from yesterday. He said he'd give me money, and I just had to go to the office.
Well, my car was low on gas. I couldn't fill it up, because I'm nowhere near able to afford filling up an SUV. On top of that, my Dad's card would still get declined. So, I drive to work with just enough gas to make it. I derp around for an hour, waiting for him to finish up on a patient. When he's finally done, he says to take his car to run those errands.
This car has no air conditioning and is overall the most unpleasant thing to drive, in my opinion. It turns like a boat. So, I go off to get him lunch and when I return to go finish up my errands, I go to shut the door... And the door won't shut. I would have taped it shut, if my dad had tape in the car. So, I spent 2 hours in the heat, waiting for my dad to come down and help me out. The latch basically got stuck, and I couldn't get it unstuck. =_=
When he came, he let me go buy myself some water, because I was pretty much looking dehydrated. When I am in line to get water, he fixed the door and said he'd leave me with the car that has almost no gas in it to finish errands. So, I finish my errands, nervous about the car stopping from running out of gas. When I get back, my dad says, "You should have stuck around to learn how to fix the door."
Well, excuse me for waiting 2 hours in the middle of a parking lot, where who knows who will steal from the car, in the middle of a hot day, and getting thirsty.
I am very irritated, in a nutshell. The only silverlining is that I wasn't trapped in the elevator, like some people were today.

My walls are shaking with the ominous Reaper-theme bass. I think it's only a party, but you guys should think about sending your ambiguously canadian marines into space just in case.

Sad story: So I'm standing in drive through today just taking money and orders. And I look out my window and see a biker guy (in full biker get up including tight biker pants) limping with his bike. This guy was HOT. He had a helmet on so I sadly didn't get to see his face, but HE WAS HOT!

He's limping and I'm feeling bad. He's obviously fallen off his bike or something (or maybe a cramp because at one point I see him take the injured leg and lift it all the way back behind him in some yoga-like pose to stretch it .... not a bad view of his ass to be perfectly honest). I'm not going to lie. I watched this guy like a hawk.
And I'm thinking: should I holler out to him? "Hey, need some ice?" .... "Need a phone.... oh... he's talking on a cellphone...." "Penna... just ask him if he needs some ice. No car is in drive. I can run up and put some ice in a little bag for him. Could start a conversation with him... oh he's so hot.... Penna... offer the guy some ice!"
But... of course.... I don't. I watch as he gets up... he tries to wheel away and I look up and see he has stopped a little further off in the parking lot out of yelling range and I just stand there... praying he would return... cursing myself for not at least extending a hand in friendship by showing concern for his health and offering him a simple bag of ice....

*sigh* I.... just.... watched.... until a white minivan pulled up.... *sigh* it was definitely a mom car.... he was probably married anyways, right.... *sigh*

The hell's this shit?
Dudemanbro, getting consent ruins the moment? If you gon' be grabbing on total strangers without asking or somethin', I get the feel a delayed ejaculation or two will come to be the very least of yo' worries.

@Maxine
similar story today with me and the super hot cop that came to do security for the book signing. I wanted to offer him a bottle of cold water...
Also the most SUPER CUTE priest came in for the signing and made a bunch of funny quips at the register, and I was like OH MY GOD YES because I--
... am not going to finish that train of thought. Ahem. Yes. Uniforms.
