Would probably have more energy if household-shopping resulted in meals instead of snacks. Maybe I should do more of the shopping myself.
I think it's that old people don't need sleep or sustenance the way living people do.

I can't take it anymore, it's been 3 weeks since my cat ran away from my house during my vacation and my neighbors just told me when I came back. It's horrible to feel powerless and that something is missing...

I'm so sorry Cottonfu. This is why it's so important to put a chip in your animal so that way if/when a shelter finds it they can get it back to you.

We've lost two cats in the past like that. *sigh*
