You can lose or gain up to about 7 pounds in one day in water weight alone. It's actually a common fluctuation. No need to fret!

Water loss and whatever is currently in your digestive tract. Based on those factors I find that I (like Starfe) have a 5 pound range that I can be in in a given day. I've already taken that into account. Assuming I've done so accurately, I still feel like I'm losing weight too fast. Even if it's just water weight, that means I'm getting dehydrated. Not as a single occasion but as a trend. That's not good.
