Have you tried drinking Sprite? It's sugary, so it should give your body the energy it needs, even if that's the ONLY nutritional value it has.

Actually clear drinks like sprite and ESPECIALLY gingerale are suppose to be VERY good for upset stomachs as well as crackers. Some people tell me toast is good (no jam) but it's never worked for me.

<_< I'm so prone to stomach viruses I swear I've made an art out of it. Gingerale and crackers... I can still eat crackers but you know what, unless I'm sick I can't even SMELL gingerale without wanting to vomit. T-T Which is sad. I use to love the stuff.

... So, I'll refrain from ruining myself on sprite.

Nah, though, it was a one time thing. I've not eaten anything today but that was the only time I got sick to my stomach. It was just like my body hit the IMMEDIATE FOOD REJECT button. ......... ANYWAYS!

Nah, today I've been craving Hawaiian Punch. I dunno about any potential benefits but it's the only thing my tongue is allowing at the moment. The good news is, my fever is now at 100.3 .... so there is SOME improvement.

I'm not having cold chills and my nose has actually had a chance to heal (word of advice, I know it sounds silly, but if you ever have a sore nose from a runny nose: BLISTEX. The white ointment stuff, not the chapstick kind.)

I'm just praying I can make it into work tomorrow. I'm going to go downstairs and risk a can of chicken noodle soup.

Also: I'm now on Ep 7 of Lost Girl. Meh, ok, it's low budget, could be done better, but, meh, fuck it. I'm enjoying it right now. I give it a B-. ^_^ I love Bo and Kenzi. I can't help it. .... And I'm sure I've just lost a little more respect in some one's eyes for the corny crap I'm watching. Meh. At least it's not like True Blood or Vampire Diaries.

I think I would have more respect for it if it were a novel. ^_^; I can feel the writer(s)'s love in the story. They are having a great time.

True Blood... well... I'm reading the books, so why would I watch the tv show. As for VD... it was a choice between it, Lost Girl, and Supernatural.

^_^; .... so.... probably not much merit in my statement to begin with, huh? I guess I like the cheesy sci-fi flicks as much as the next person....

Anyways, food is down.... still staying down... a little rumbly tummy but nothing I can't handle. Except that I think my fever is breaking because my god I started sweating like crazy while I was in the middle of eating the soup.

If you ever see something called AVG, kick it in the throat until it stops moving. It doesn't give a single fuck about your opinion, so you will have to hack it to pieces manually if it spots you.

I stopped using AVG when it wouldn't un-firewall Steam.

Avast gives me no problems, and caught stuff AVG missed.

I use Avast as well. I like that it has a boot scan. Plus it's got a really pirate-y name. Yar.

I switched from Avast to MSE and MB recently. Haven't noticed any marked improvement, so whatever. They both do their job, and well.
