Yesterday while downtown for birthday shopping, I slid and tumbled on the slush-slicked street with my bicycle. Nothing bad except dirty gloves and some embarrassment. Today I have two big purple bruises on one knee, a few purple spots on other limbs, and some of my joints feel achy. As it is winter, I'm feeling cold/sleepy/grumpy too, which never helps anything. I think I'll take a nap after I finish my tea.

Wonder when the plumbers will come here.

I have to pass a written test today or I won't get my driver's license.

Oh god, oh god, oh god, oh god...

Because I am her older male cousin and most of our family is shit on our side. My parents are the most normal and understanding of the bunch, and they are whack. I know where she's coming from, and would like to at least try and help. It's a flawed idea though, who wants to open up to someone who you don't know? I'll start with a question in the question box thingie. Also, this is the wrong thread but oh well.

Going to be in trouble with my boss tomorrow. Called off two days in a row - something you're not suppose to do without a doctor's note.

I won't be fired. Pffft, there are hooligans worse than me with far worse offenses that are still working.

Not that it matters. I'm filling out my resume and planning to leave soon anyways. We're finally figuring out the car drama. And I need more money. And I'm ready to do something in my FIELD.

... ^_^ Maybe I should tell him tomorrow when he's done yelling at me. It would be satisfying. Yep. I'm going to a job that doesn't care if you call out more than twice in a row BECAUSE YOU'RE SICK, it's a sit down job, better pay plus commission once you hit quota, with paid time off and I think vacations. Oh and I won't have to touch a mop ever again. OH AND HEALTH INSURANCE THAT DOESN'T SUCK ASS!!!! (and I know this stuff because it's my sister's job). Plus the company I REALLY want to work for is going to be opening a division in the building come summer. :3 SO TOTALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT!!!

But I want to be careful. Just in case something goes wrong (like the car situation doesn't work out like we plan) I do want to be able to come back.

But I guess my parents ran into my boss while out in town and he sorta growled at them about my calling off saying something like "normally I would want a doctor's note, but I'll let it slide this time". Which pissed my parents off - and me. What the fuck is he discussing my work and work related issues with my parents for? I'm not some teenager! If you want to yell at me about something, say it to my face. Do not drag my parents into it! My parents came home pissed off. I guess he was very unprofessional about it, as if the words weren't bad enough. Told me to work on my resume NOW and get the hell out of there.


Oh and yeah: I'm sick again. -_-; *sigh* My damn asthma is acting up so bad. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER last night, but I found an old inhaler. God I just don't have the money to go to the ER at the moment. My boss can kiss my ass.

Have a small temp. 99.3 *sigh* .... Currently sweating it out by sitting in my robe and my slippers. All I really wanna do right now is strip down and go lay under a fan. x_x I hate this.

I actually thoroughly expect to be sent home tomorrow. I'll drag my ass out of bed, but seriously - I'm NOT running around. Not with my lungs feeling like they are half ton fire coals in my chest. I'm coughing that loud asthmetic deep cough, my nose is drooling everywhere, and I'm in a fog that has nothing to do with the medicines I'm taking.

Damn, I'm going to start taking some vitamins. I was sick not so long ago. I can't keep doing this. <_<
