Modem died when I was out



After taking a week to replace it (with a free promotional one) my mic on my headset malfunctioned.


Now in order to make it work I have to wrap it around my neck

Guys, pray for my mom.

She had a heart attack last night. She's in the hospital. They've given her a longer stint (she's been through this before) and seems to be doing well now. I got to talk to her before I headed home last night. They are removing the catheter in the morning (I guess they wanted to keep it in there just in case) and so far the plan is, if everything goes well, to release her on Monday.

<_< We had just went out to Apple Bees for dinner. I joined to get a drink. We were sitting there having fun. Then, by the time her food came, she was starting to have some pains in her back. I gave her some Ibuprofen as we were thinking "meh, it's nothing" but when the pain was getting worse and she was starting to look bad off, dad left to go ahead and take her to the ER just to get her checked out.

We thought so little of it that Tia took me home and I sat down to watch some TV. Dad called like a half hour later and told us the doctors seriously thought it was a heart attack. Tia came to pick me and Rissa up and by the time we got there she was already in the OR getting the catheter and stint placed.

Just pray for me that she stays well and gets out on Monday.

I'm sorry to hear that Max, I went through a lot of that with my father and his faulty heart. Its tough, but doctors other than Faust are wizards, I'm sure she'll pull through.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. Mom got home on Monday. She's a little weak but she seems to be doing well. Taking it easy.

I worry how this affected her depression a little. She was wanting to take classes this fall at the community college but today she was like "what's the point... I'm obviously dieing." x_x Uggg! *sigh* How the hell do I even respond to something like that. I hate when she says shit like that. I'm sure she'll come around once she starts feeling better.
