Fuck economies. The barter system worked great. If we still used it I wouldn't have to study and somehow understand all this garbage. (I'm outlining every subtle shift on the economic spectrum since 1900, which means I have to understand and summarize lengthily in my own words to meet criteria. I just can't make myself care and have spent all weekend doing it for 2 minutes, then other stuff for hours. The deadline isn't going away, and I have not done nearly enough.)

In case you haven't looked into it already, low potassium levels tend to lead to muscle cramping. That may contribute to some of your issues. I probably don't get enough in my own diet because my muscles are giving me hell lately. They have a bad habit of locking up if I stretch the wrong way. (;_;)
