I knew I was forgetting something. That girl who was in that other timezone came back, and the topic we'd been avoiding for months came back up again. I had 100% forgotten. She's moving away with her family soon.

Uggg, guys, I'm so worried and scared. My dad is going in for major back surgery tomorrow. Please say a few prayers for him. I just want him to come out of it NOT paralyzed and hopefully with a better quality of life. He's been in pain so much and he went through a lot of trouble to get this surgery in motion. Now I'm just scared as hell for him.

I wish the best outcome for your father's surgery.

So, after getting my computer cleaned up and everything, Guld Wars can't work for 10 minutes without either:

A. Freezing my computer
B. Shutting it down suddenly.

It doesn't feel like it's overheating,s o I might need a new graphics card, which pisses me off. Why can't laptops be like desktops and let you replace parts? *groan* I needed a laptop for school and everything worked on it fine until it got wiped.

^_^ My dad came out fine! They say they may discharge him as early as tomorrow. o_O; Wow... it doesn't even look as extensive as they claimed it might be. So hopefully my dad's daily life will improve once he's fully recovered. He's already mentioned that he no longer feels the familiar pains in his legs, but... <_< they have him drugged up on some stuff so I'm not taking this to heart just yet.

My girlfriend has been in Oxford for a month now.

Glad to hear it, Maxine. Having family members in the hospital is awful, I know how you feel.

@Rey, my friend who was in Spain for 2 and a half months is moving to Yukon permanently in a month. Glad I waited around.
