...seriously, whoever thought that touchscreens were innovative needs their ass kicked. I find them much more inconvenient.

Because my old phone started going bad and my parents said that was the only phone that worked with our data plan. =_= I don't even use the crap our phone service provides beyond texting.

I have $35 a month for unlimited texting anywhere and unlimited calling cross-canada, but no data. And now that my phone (LG-C555) is really crapping out, Koodoo has me by the balls. Great.

Neither does Koodoo, but they have tabs for the phone you get. My phone isn't working and it won't be paid off for another year and a half.

So, today I made a special exception to my usual rule of 1-4 hour visits for friends, because the two coming over were friends I had not seen in 11 years. These two were my best friends throughout my early years (Kindergarten - 6th grade) and there were circumstances that led to my family leaving my old school.
I don't really know any other way to put this, but I feel terrible that I can't feel anything beyond the nostalgia. It was amazing to see them again, but 11 years is a long time. I worried about my old friends and our classmates and the more I learn about what happened when we went our separate ways, the more closure I felt. I think I've moved on, at last, and I have to put it all behind me. All of it.
I don't know why, it just feels like it's time I did so.

I had a dream. Overslept by three hours.
Edit: People always seem genuinely shocked and suspicious if I do anything helpful.

I did not know editing a video file on YouTube would result in processing time that far exceeds the recording, production, upload and initial processing of a video. Don't get me wrong; it is a 100% free service and what they have done is awesome. Still a bit of an unexpected bummer, yeah? Next time I will just throw it into VirtualDub.

My adorable cat is getting an operation. She had a strange growth on her belly, and the vet suspects it might be cancer. If it was, it hasn't spread yet so she might be safe. The nurse doing the operation doesn't seem to think its cancer though, so I'm hoping for the best.
...
So why am I posting this in the rant thread?
My cat left me a delightful parting gift in my car. My car now smells like cat dung, and its the car I use to travel everywhere. Ghhh. Now I gotta get the chairs steamed and hope that the smell doesn't linger.
