Oh, I'm nrarely cheery, and a headache doesn't help. I snap at people a lot, my brain-filter is less effective. I don't really get angry ever though, so yeah...

Nah, I have chronic headaches for a different reason.

They'd better not be ignoring me to fuck up the timelimits.

Seriously, my mom needs to stop it with these guilt trips. She wanted to go see a movie, but nobody else wanted to go. She started guilt-tripping my brother and I saying, "I've done things I didn't like for you!" That's putting it kindly. Then she goes on about how I got no full-time job at 21 and stuff. Apparently, it's the norm to be working full-time at my age--only one friend of mine has a full time job and guess what, he graduated from Trade School.

I know our financial status isn't really great and they're busting their asses for me to get through. I'm making sure they're not wasting their money on me and every time I get home, it's always the same crap. I actually like being in school more than home, because I get harassed all the time about everything when I'm home.

Plus, I also am getting irritated when I used the wrong words, and even admitted it wasn't the right words to use, my mother uses the mistake and complains to my dad. It also hurts when you hear her doing t, because she imitates you. If I used the voice she used to imitate me to imitate her, I'd be kicked out of the house. Now, when he gets home, all I'm going to hear is more criticism from my Dad.

I mean, too much praise is a bad thing, but so is too much criticism. I look to my parents for guidance and all I get is criticism. How can I get a job, if I apparently can do anything right? If I get upset, I'm told to grow up.

^ Growing up won't do you much good at 21. You've got most of your adult brain already. It''s just details from there. So nah, that suggestion is basically nonsense to shift the responsibility.

Won't stop them from telling me it. I also hate it when they assume my silence is me copping an attitude. If I said anything, I'd get in trouble. Parents are the worst to argue with, because they can simply nuke arguments completely with irrelevant stuff. The parent card is broken; it should be banned. XD

EDIT: Mom started yelling at me again and she's like, "I'm saying this because I should have said it a long time ago." Apparently, it's also disrespectful to say, "Actually you did." I walked right into having her ask then what's changed and I just said, "Nothing." I'm not going to hide the facts and my mother misreads everything. She even took my silence as a hissy-fit and was about to bitch me out when I said, "You don't even know what my hissy-fits look like?"

There is a reason I keep quiet when my parents are yelling with me beyond getting completely debunked. If I say anything, it's taken as a smart-ass comment. My mom is saying my dad can't pay me. I never wanted to work for him; SHE was the one who made me work for him in the first place. I never asked to be paid, he offered it and I took it like any normal person would! So, now that I'm 21 and I'm not going to be the only college student, soon, I'm being forced out of the job and told to find a new one.

She also accused me of not wanting to be with my old friends, because they actually have jobs and are doing something with themselves. I hate it when she does this. No, that is an incredibly stupid reason.

Well, fine, but my parents have no idea how hard it is for me to do these things.

My parents wanted me to study longer, but instead of saying anything, they figured they'd just trip me up if I tried anything else.
Life is a long string of discussions not had and answers ignored.

It's a good thing my mother and I can't stay mad at the other long. XD I watched Django with her; it was her idea and she regretted it (she get's disturbed by things that show the "lack of humanity" in people.).

Stupid dreams, bothering me in the middle of the night.

Edit: I conclude that people hate selling batteries for Wii-chargers.

I missed the second half of my Social Studies diploma today. It was marked down on my calendar for tomorrow. I crunched some numbers and assuming I passed my Part A I can't fail the course, but it still seriously fucks with my overall average. I have to either take the shitty mark or re-write the exam next January to improve it, it's a course you need for the diploma.

I know it's nobody's fault but mine, but a fucking "where are you" from a friend would have been awesome. I have SO many people I know taking this course, one of which I did that exact thing for last year when he slept in. I know my life isn't there problem, but seriously, I'd appreciate a little fucking heads up.

And it's just a stupid mistake, if my parents treat it like anythig else I'm not taking that shit.

Still, my stupid mistake might have fucked up my plans for next year.

Felt lump between Rosencrantz's shoulders. Worried.

My city is flooded and downtown is evacuated. Almost all of my friends are safe, only a few of them have been displaced for a few days. I live in the highest point in the city, so I'm fine. I hope that other ITLer who lives here is safe.

Oh, and I almost ran away from home, but decided it would complicate things too much for now. My life is kind of going shitty right now.
