Here in CA, it is against the law to work over five hours without a break/lunch. We could get in trouble with the higher ups if we don't clock out for lunch before our fifth hour is up. Check to see how your state fairs here:

That probably means they don't have any kind of set law for it.
Yeah, it's up to the employer:

I dislike it when parents introduce their kids to each other to kind of make them friends. It works when you're little, but not when you're teenagers or adults. Two years ago, my mom said this kid and I would get along because I play video games too. That and apparently, I'm supposed to give him advice about college. Nobody gave me advice and I did fine. I don't see the point.
I've humored this kid only to be polite, but really, I find him incredibly annoying. I don't really care that both our brothers treated us like crap due to their habits.
He's more close in age with my youngest brother. Why does it have to be me?

He's apparently got Asperger's, which puts me in an even more awkward situation because if I don't like him for the reasons I stated, it makes me look like an ass because he apparently can't help it. : /
Still, I don't like being forced into those situations. My mom said that today was not planned. Going to the graduation party was planned and I still did not like it. I felt awful because he treated me like a buddy, when I was like, "Yeeeah..."

Earlier today I saw someone rub their eye.
After handling finely-sliced hot peppers straight out of the garden.
When I saw that I went to grab a cloth before they even understood the gravity of what they just did, puzzled by why I suddenly stopped cooking. By the time I came back they were already red of eye and panicking. Thankfully I was able to help them wash it out in a clean and timely fashion, but they were still messed up for the rest of the day.
The peppers were not the hottest things we have grown (albeit large), but still hot enough that you can feel the burn on your hands while handling them. It's not like I am a bad teacher or anything. >~< I ran them through it extensively the first time, and I reminded them again today before we started. I suppose they just became complacent.

This is wrong. You were my friend. Remember to eat, at least. I know you think you don't need it. Weren't you always counting on me?

Start in Safe Mode.
Get an antivirus. I find that Avast is pretty kick ass.
Do a full scan.
Wait while it does a full scan.
Make sure that the antivirus deals with the issues.
Get CCleaner and use the registry cleaner thing.
If your computer has a boot scan, schedule one of those. (If it has not already done so.)
Restart comp.
Pray.
On second thought, intersperse that last one throughout.
