I requested a webex with the customer over a month ago, and you've finally gotten around to setting one up. You are not allowed to be ornery that the issue is not solved yet. I swear, if this meeting falls through again I am complaining to management.

Are they? I find that they are better than the alternative.

Most Webexs that I'm bullied into attending very rarely are of any significance and could've been avoided by an effective email or process. It's often just where people can't describe or tell you what needs to be done effectively.

That, or a sales pitch disguised as being helpful .

My productivity just crashes when I'm interrupted. No momentum left.

Work

Most of my webexs are so I can see/work on the issue myself and don't have to depend upon second hand information to resolve it.

Bothered by myself spending another day not working on the next page of my webcomic. I've delayed it for two weeks and it bothers me greatly. But I'm always getting distracted by other things like games and YouTube.

I just saw the trailer for the Robocop remake.

desperately looking for help here is my problem when i was talking to Reynard-Miri about this, snipped for brevity

track(stat) would set stat to be sort of recorded as a statistic to be tracked kinda like logging number of page views

update(stat) would be like, updating the value of stat to be sent to a database or something, once it is called.

Since these would all be javascript calls
